About The Peace Lilly
My Story
The Peace Lilly is a state of mind.
It’s the unexpected crossroads where I found myself after a fulfilling 35+ year career in real estate took a detour through chronic Lyme disease, Bartonella, and Babesia. What began as a life interrupted became an invitation to slow down, create, rediscover beauty, and find joy in the wonderfully unexpected.
And from that journey, The Peace Lilly Emporium was born.
Come inside and wander awhile. Here, vintage treasures are reimagined, ordinary objects find extraordinary second lives, and a little whimsy is always encouraged. You can shop now for unique items that will add charm to your home.
Wander through our Glass Gardens, where stunning glass garden flowers bloom and experience the delight of Hand-Poured Soy Candles nestled in vintage and contemporary glass vessels. Don’t miss our Bejeweled Plant Stakes sparkling among the greenery, charming Bird Feeders, and Colorful Totems created to bring personality to your garden and home.
And when peaceful pursuits call for something a little less peaceful, meet Sister Irreverent—where one-of-a-kind crafted cards can be snarky, salty, sweet, or just a little inappropriate.
Everything here has a story. Everything is created or chosen with imagination. And you never quite know what you’ll discover next.
The Peace Lilly Emporium
Peaceful pursuits. Unexpected treasures. A little irreverence.
Nothing else is quite like it.
Metamorphosis
The Peace Lilly embodies a way of being—rooted in peace, inspired by nature, and lived in harmony with all beings, great and small. It represents the art of seeing with different eyes: discovering beauty in the weathered, wonder in the ordinary, and possibility in things others might overlook. It’s about transforming the everyday into something unexpected and beautiful—much like our crafted cards and unique glass art, shaped by hand, imagination, and a touch of whimsy.
At the Peace Lilly, we focus on surrounding ourselves with unique items that stir the spirit and tell a story. Our collection captures sunlight through colored glass, showcases stunning glass garden flowers in unexpected places, and breathes new life into treasured creations, all while embracing the quiet pleasure of creating simply for joy.
Above all, we celebrate living gently, creating freely, and finding beauty in the perfectly imperfect. So, shop now for pieces that inspire and allow you to live peacefully. Tread gently. Create beautifully. Find wonder everywhere.
Inspiration
Transforming experience into art has become a significant part of my own journey toward peace. Creating with my hands—whether it’s crafting cards, designing stunning glass art, or producing glass garden flowers—has taught me to look more closely. I’ve learned to see possibility in the forgotten, beauty in the imperfect, and new beginnings in things that might otherwise be overlooked.
Every unique item I create carries a little of that journey—a story, a memory, a spark of imagination, and a piece of my heart. Crafted by hand and guided by intuition, each piece is intentionally individual, celebrating the beauty of originality and the freedom of following your own path.
The Peace Lilly invites you to look at the familiar from a different angle. To wander beyond the expected and shop now for your own inspirations. Embrace curiosity, creativity, nature, and the wonderfully unconventional.
Because sometimes, all it takes is a shift in perspective to discover an entirely different world waiting in plain sight.
Wander freely. Create boldly. Live gently. See beauty differently.
Come wander with me.
